To help us in processing your credit application quickly fill out everything asked.  If all spaces are not filled in correctly it may delay the processing of your application.  For Example:

1.        If fax numbers are not included in the reference section it will delay processing.

2.        There must be four references.

3.        Even if you have your own credit application form you must still sign NK's credit form.

We ask that you go over the application thoroughly before sending it back to us.  If not done properly your account will be denied opened account status.  Thank you for your help in this matter.
